Our small, casual restaurant offers shabu-shabu (hot pot), ramen and pho noodle soup, and other traditional soups made with the highest quality farm-fresh and organic ingredients. Organic and halal meats, meats without added hormones or antibiotics, wild-caught seafood, five sauces—it's a hot pot experience unlike any other. We make our broths and sauces in-house. If we can make it fresh, we do! We also have bowls and wraps, poke, smoothies and boba, with many gluten-free and vegan options. We may be small, but we create big flavors with a level of quality that is hard to find anywhere else.

Choose a broth or water base and select a protein. All selections include house dipping sauces, rice, noodles and veggie plate with organic, sustainably-grown, local farm-fresh vegetables. Once your pot boils, cook your protein piece by piece (it's fast!), along with the veggies and spices of your choosing, dip it and enjoy! Hot pot dishes are gluten-free (Gluten Free) without broth, sauces, or extras; gluten-sensitive diners should be careful to avoid broths, sauces, or extras containing gluten. Inside was pretty hot, my parents were sweating eating hotpot and ramen. They ran out a lot of things that are considered pretty important for a restaurant, especially for a hotpot/ shabu place. But the hot pot broth is very clean, fragrant, and very good.

I was so excited to take my boyfriend here for the first time. I was raving about the experience and quality of food. My boyfriend said it was just very expensive "top ramen." Our bill was over 100 for two of us and they were out of many items. The steps were not explained nor were the ingredients and how they mix together differently. His was on too hot and mine was on enough. Tried to take the soup home at the end and they hand us 2 containers whereas theyve always nicely helped us pour in the soup bc the bowls are hot. Not sure if this was just an off night but sadly I dont think we will be back.

Server was great and the food was yummy. TVs mounted on walls but no cable and no TV to watch. This has been an issue here for years even with previous owner. Lose the TVs or have them add value.

Booked reservations through open table 4 days in advance, Brought my mom here for brunch on Mother’s Day, Drove 30 minutes to get here and sat in traffic, only to find out that they are closed on Sundays.. Google listed they were open too. we were very disappointed our Mother’s Day surprise was all messed up, I had to go to work later so we had to find any place open with no waitlist on Mother’s Day around brunch time which was not easy. I’m never one to leave a negative review but after we left I noticed a lot of other reviews here shared a similar experience back in February, plenty of time to fix your business hours on open table and google.

It is not fair for me to rate this restaurant as it was closed. I am disappointed that I drove there and waited for them to open for quite some time until I called the number and it mentioned closed on Sundays - yet they did not update their website and OpenTable was able to book a reservations for me - wow....

We used to go to this restaurant before the ownership changed. Service was very slow and most of the servers were not properly trained. The restaurant wasn’t crowded but it still took a long time to get our food. They were out of several entrees and beverages. When we got our bill, they didn’t remove the beverages that they never served us. It was a frustrating experience. We really liked this restaurant before the ownership changed.

Service wasn’t really good I had to literally call the staff every time I wanted something there were only two staff not enough for the amount of people that were there my food was over cooking so overall the food and the experience wasn’t really good
