We arrived at 6:50 for our 7:00 reservation and was told it would be 30 minutes before they could seat us. I advised the hostess that we had reservation for 7:00. She said sorry it would be at least 30 minutes. We come to this restaurant st least once a week. This is the first time that we were not seated or even offered different seating arrangements. So we left. Why make reservation’s if the are not going to be honored.

Tammie I am so sorry to hear about your experience with us on Wednesday, I understand how frustrating making a reservation and that reservation not being honored can be. We handled the situation very poorly and we will be coaching and working on our problem solving skills for when this happens again. This is not an accurate representation of TruFire and I hope you give us the opportunity to make it up to you and your family. Food and service were excellent as usual. I've been going to TruFire after church for brunch for the past 8 years. It is always excellent. I would not keep going back week after week if it were not my favorite place.

Excellent experience! We always sit at the bar and have a great time. Last nights was really special because Merideth and Erin were both bar tending.

Beautiful outside Sunday lunch! I shared pancakes and steak and eggs with my wife while my parents had a gyro and a salad. Everything was cooked well with great flavors. Service was great, excellent lunch or brunch spot.

We come to a restaurant probably every other week and we always have a pleasant happy server. The girl we had last night was kind of grumpy and always in a rush and hard to find. Not your normal, friendly person. On the table we were put at was extremely noisy because we were like in a little cave area and cramped. We will request to not sit in that part of the restaurant again and will be back for another visit, hopefully with a happier server she really put a damper on the evening.
