   Mediocre, overpriced food. Service was totally disjointed (our meals all came out at different times). The restaurant was totally empty and now I understand why.

   We went to this incredible spot in Tulum to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday, and it was pure magic. It was me, my sister, and my best friend and we had an absolute blast from the moment we arrived. The whole experience felt like stepping into another world. Walking up into the treehouse, crossing bridges and winding through wooden walkways the venue was like a jungle dream. Pro tip: wear comfy shoes! I wore flats (smart move), my sister wore wedges (also worked), but my best friend wore heels and kept getting stuck between the planks… lesson learned! From the start, it was spiritual and beautiful. We were saged upon arrival, and a shaman welcomed us with a heartfelt prayer. He even led us outside for a special birthday ritual just for my sister which was truly unforgettable! And the food? Next level. Every bite was delicious, and the vibe was unreal… so unique, so soulful. If you’re heading to Tulum and want something authentic yet chic, this place is an absolute must. Hands down the best dining experience in the city.

   Really disappointed if I’m being honest - came to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and the service was just really bad overall. Staff was really unfriendly and unhelpful. Wish I had better things to say about this place

   “We enjoyed the food, which was delicious, and the restaurant itself is stunning, with great attention to design and atmosphere. However, we were disappointed by the service, especially considering the hefty price tag of our meal. The food options were somewhat limited, but still of good quality. Our biggest issue arose when we were essentially kicked out 30 minutes before closing time. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the waiter approached us with the message, ‘The restaurant it’s closed now, would you like to take your drinks to go?’ Given that we had paid over $400 USD for the meal, it felt like poor customer service and an unwelcome end to an otherwise nice experience.”

   Very poor all around. Save your money and don’t book here, go elsewhere and you will have a better experience. The only part worth going is for the bridges and structure — that’s still cool but run down as hell.

   Expérience très décevante. Arrivés à l’heure pour notre réservation, nous avons attendu 15 minutes avant que quelqu’un nous prenne en charge devant l’entrée . Une personne arrive et nous annonce que la cuisine a fermé, on leur explique que nous sommes arrivés à l’heure que nous attendons depuis un moment devant et qu’à cette heure-ci, plus aucun restaurant, ne nous servira et qu’on avait bien une réservation à cet endroit . Nous avons Ensuite, dû attendre encore 10 minutes avant que quelqu’un revienne pour nous installer. Ambiance inexistante, plus personne dans le restaurant, et interdiction d’accéder au rooftop. Une soirée gâchée par un manque total de professionnalisme!

   The food was good but overpriced to the point of being unnecessary. The service was excellent and ambiance was great but overall an 8/10 in my opinion.

   Absolutely stunning restaurant, food is a little pricey but worth the money. The drinks are phenomenal and the vibes are immaculate. I’ve been 3 times now and each time is just as beautiful and enjoyable, even going just for drinks is well worth it.

    The photos are very misleading, we thought we would sit at a table with a view (in the “nido” as they call it) but it turned out those places were for groups only and at a cost of 10,000 mxn, so we asked to sit a a regular table at the terrace and they told us that it had an additional cost of 1,000 mxn… total rip off like most of the places in Tulum. Cocktails cost an average of 20 euros! The equivalent of what I paid at the rooftop bar of the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong!!!
