Service was absolutely terrible, we sat for about 10 minutes until someone took our order. The waitress also seemed not to be in a very good mood. We ordered bottomless mimosas and the waitress never came back to refill our drinks after the first one. After we received our food (brought out by the food runner not the waitress) the waitress didn’t come to check how everything came out. I had to ask another waiter for our check. I’ve been multiple times before today but will not be returning after today.

Aaliyah, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us, we instill in our service staff to greet tables within 2 minutes of being sat, but it can be a bit longer when busy. 10 minutes is entirely too long, though! It is common practice here for the food runners to deliver food to the table, but not common practice for servers to not check back to see how the meal is, so we definitely fell short there. Server finally came to table, gave us water and left without asking if she could get is a drink (not busy at all). After she came back and took order, good service. Tables were beat up and dirty under the acrylic tops.

Food was lovely, vibe was great - active and vibrant but service was slow, as others have noted, and drink orders took quite a long time. Overall glad it’s there, but hopefully service, though very kind, will improve the speed.

service was very good! Food was under seasoned and not as hot as it should have been. Music was very loud and felt like we were eating in a nightclub. We didn’t like that at all.
