Tsujita LA serves artisan noodle dishes in the LA area. The restaurant's specialty is tsukemen, which features ramen-style noodles that are dipped in tonkotsu soup. The soup, which is simmered for 60 hours before adding seafood, offers a thick, rich sauce that is steeped in flavor. Guests at Tsujita LA can choose from a variety of entrees including ajitama and char siu tsukemen, or branch out and discover the flavors of hakata nagahama tonkotsu ramen.Tsujita LA offers ramen and tsukemen with choices of toppings that include dried seaweed (nori), wood ear mushroom, men-ma and ajitama (a soft-boiled egg that is seasoned). Diners can also choose bowls and rice for a different culinary experience. Options such as sake and draft beer complete the meal.

Sometime ago, We dined at a very popular and well-established Ramen Noodle restaurant in Tokyo. We had a delightful culinary experience there. The Ramen dishes inspire us to create heavenly new Ramen Noodle dishes for Tsujita Annex. We want to share these scrumptious creation with our Los Angeles patrons
Tuskemen (Dipping Noodle)
You'll find a awesome combination of original hand-made flat and curly deeply tasted pork bone broth. Enjoy this masterpiece, impeccable balance of Pork's fat, tartness and sweet. Please let us know if you need some broth to be added to the soup so you can enjoy the soup till the last drop
