Tujague's is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans. This French Quarter institution has been serving traditional New Orleans cuisine to locals and visitors alike for more than 160 years.

Lore states that brunch originated here, as did the Grasshopper cocktail. Homages to the restaurant's long and colorful history abound within the interior of the building from the classic 19th century architecture to memorabilia on the walls.

Menu items such as the seared gulf fish and the daily gumbo meld French traditions with New Orleans fare and flare. Our famous five course menu is still served nightly; but have no fear, the menu is no longer pre-fixe, so those less ravenous diners can join in too.

If you want a quintessential New Orleans experience filled with history and local fare, Tujague's is your place.

Welcome to Tujague’s, founded by French immigrants in 1856, and still letting the good times roll for more than 160 years. Today it’s a slice of history in the French Quarter, filled with mirrors, chandeliers, and a collection of 6,000 mini liquor bottles. Don’t miss the spicy shrimp remoulade, boiled brisket, and grasshopper cocktail, another house original.

Grab your broomstick and fly over to Tujague’s for our Witches Luncheon on Friday, October 31st! Chef has created a three course menu for the occasion priced at $56 per person plus tax & gratuity. No Bottomless will be offered during this brunch service. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling 504-525-8676. We have availability between 11am-2:15pm. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Don’t forget to dress the part with your best witch or other Halloween costume!!

Very underwhelming. Came for a thanksgiving dinner and everything was warm at best. Had to send the gumbo back to be heated up and could’ve sent back the remainder of the food as well, but didn’t have the energy. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful experience. First time dining at Tujsque’s. Lea, Victoria and Latonia (sp) did an awesome job taking care of our table. Loved the vegetarian option, as well as the Turkey and dressing .. only complaint was the way to divide up the bill… two were individual, two were together. Will still give 5. Stars

Y’all should be ashamed. A total grift. Microwaved food served cold. Dirty dishes piled on the tables. Old water from dirty table glasses poured back into the carafe and served to another table. Avoid at all costs!

Bring your patience because the service here is frustratingly slow. We sat for over 20 minutes before placing a drink order and longer for food. They also sat us so close to a larger party with no one else in the room. The food was average at best and the check did not reflect the value.

This was a great date night experience. The service and food were wonderful. The cauliflower steak and the red pepper coulis were perfect.

The food was delicious save for the risotto that came with my wife’s dish. It was undercooked and crunchy. The scallops that were her entree were perfect as were the rest of our meals. Fine experience.

All of the savory dishes, gumbo, boudin, BBQ shrimp and grits were excellent. The praline bread pudding might have been the highlight alongside the boudin.

We sat outdoors and the patio was not very inviting. Food was just ok.
