Tullibee celebrates the lakes and woods cuisine that is so deeply woven into the fabric of Minnesota. Named for a fish native to our Minnesota waters, Tullibee is a tribute to our beautiful state and brings its fresh and authentic flavors to each dish we serve. Under Chef Marque Collins lead, Tullibee's new menu is curated with intention to allow guests to try multiple items on the menu. We will be serving more smaller portions of the menu items meant to be ordered many at a time on a rolling basis throughout the meal allowing guests to experience different options.

Come and experience the flavors of the North! Tullibee is a taste of Minnesota.

*Reservations are for Tullibee only. Our lounge and rooftop bar are seated on a first come, first served basis.

    We had one of the worst Minneapolis dining experiences I have had in my 25 years living here. We chose to do the chefs table menu. Courses were extremely small, and not adequate for sharing. Food timing was insanely long and inconsistent. 40 minutes between some courses. Upon providing feedback nothing changed and the manager explained that they had lost control of the evening while workshopping some food options. On a Saturday night. My credit card went on a 45 minute adventure to boot. We will never be dining here again.

    Since we went on valentines day it was a set menu. The food itself was great and now I want to go back to try the regular menu. We stayed at the hotel (hewing) also so we went back for breakfast and that was amazing!

    Great ambiance, food was high quality, good service (Sam was very nice), portions for Valentine's Day menu were comically small.

    Maybe their normal menu is better but the Valentine’s Day course was extremely small portions and expensive for what they gave you.

    We let the chef choose our dinner and so did the couple at the table next to us. We got entirely different courses after the first two. We had squash, trout, lamb and duck. They had cauliflower, pasta, salmon and steak. The desserts were different as well. Ours was pear and honey and beautiful. The food was great and they worked around my weird eating restrictions. We personally loved the family style service and our server was attentive and super nice. We enjoyed the upscale winter comfort vibe. It is cozy for Minneapolis in February.

    We had the Chef’s choice - how fun! Every course was a surprise. Such unique flavor combinations. Love this restaurant.

    Our first time there we are quite excited about going there. Both food and parking were expensive. Meal portions were small, my scallops were tiny and undercooked. Service was good, atmosphere is nice, but food was disappointing.

    Our time at Tullibee was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. It was the complete package: ambiance, fantastic service, amazing food. We tried the chef's choice 7-course meal, with added wine pairings. Excellent and delicious adventure!
