Twelve 21 is a Modern American Restaurant, Bar, and Hookah Lounge with Live music events. During the dinner hours, the focus is on providing a dining experience along with a selection of the best wines, specialty cocktails, and hookah. After 10 PM, the vibe switches to a party bar and hookah lounge with live music. Whether it’s a date night or birthday party or hangout with friends, Twelve 21 is a perfect location. We serve modern American Tapas style food with flavors inspired by various regions of the world. Our Executive Chef Jason Amott has taken modern American recipes to the next level by infusing the recipes with fragrant, flavorful, and fresh ingredients. Food is decent, a bit over priced for what they have, but it is Federal Hill after all. Bartenders are ok, I have been here many times over the last few years and it’s amazing to me that the bartenders can’t make a simple mojito. My husband tries every time and every time it’s gross and he drinks it and doesn’t order another drink after that. The bartenders are very hit or miss. Each time I come I’m a little more disappointed. Not sure if I’ll still come here. They add an automatic gratuity, so I think that’s why the service is sub par. I also think that it annoys them when you don’t do hookah. I’m a drinker , I don’t do hookah, but because the waitress is not attentive, I never end up having more than 1 or 2 drinks.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We made reservations for 10 o’clock when we got there they told us that they did not have any tables like if we didn’t book a reservation and they had tables upstairs not downstairs. It wasn’t like if she looked inside and said oh yes, we have some people finishing up. She just made us feel like we were walking customers and didn’t apologize that there wasn’t any tables available for our reservation time. I can understand waiting a little bit but just flat out being towed, do you wanna go upstairs instead is down right wrong make a reservation or say that you have spots available for that 有1人認為這對他/她有幫助

This was a nice place with a nice upbeat atmosphere for brunch. However, there was only one waitress on so unfortunately service was not at its best. The food was ok, the chicken and waffles were unfortunately dry and the steak egg rolls were mediocre. As a party of four, 2 of us received our food well before the others did and it was to the point t I had to seek out the waitress to ask where the rest was. They also forgot a side of bacon and when they sent it out it was burnt to a crisp! Even the waitress was embarrassed at the presentation. The best thing about the meal was the drinks and DJ. They could definitely use a course in hospitality and food service. I had high hopes for this place because it is nice and trendy請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Their menu is like a greatest hits album of deliciousness. Baked salmon that probably melts in your mouth, a cheeseburger that's the stuff of dreams, and tacos that are a fiesta of flavor. And let's not forget those cocktails – sounds like they were mixed to perfection. Chicken wings that make you want to fly, and steak and cheese rolls? That's comfort food turned gourmet. It's like every dish was a headliner at a food festival. And when you've got service that shines and an atmosphere that wraps around you like a warm, welcoming vibe, you know you've found a spot worth raving about.
