Twenty One Steak is Pueblo’s finest restaurant. Start with our spectacular location on the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, coupled with our skillfully planned and prepared menu, impeccable service and casually elegant atmosphere you can be sure your dining experience will be memorable. Executive Chef Michael Degenhart has immersed himself in creating meals reflecting his vast knowledge and professional favorites. Chef Degenhart has reached out to local purveyors and partnered with vendors offering the highest quality products. Expect only the finest quality beef, fish and other culinary compositions.

For our annual Chili Fest celebration on September 26th, we will be accepting reservations from 1 PM - 5:30 PM, but please contact the restaurant directly to make your reservation. Thank you!

REMINDER: We will spend some time with our families from the 1st to the 4th of January, but we will wait for you with open arms after those days!

As usual fantastic service, ambiance, food and our own personal Sommelier, Toni. Great wine. I’ve dined many places and Twenty One Steak is truly one of a kind. A favorite in our household.

Meh. Has really gone down hill. The food lacks flavor and isn’t constant either. A steak house is suppose to have delicious sides and they don’t have that. Lack of appetizer choices too. A steak house should have french onion soup and a caprese salad, or a burrata option but they don’t. No baked potatoes either only mashed! Of course the steak is good but everything else is lacking. Disappointing bc it used to be pretty good, not sure what happened.

Having Twenty One Steak serve breakfast (and drinks like their Green Chili bloody Marie) is fantastic/- and at these price points- why would you go anywhere else?

A party of 20 was seated by the front entrance when we arrived. When walking to our table, a young woman was breastfeeding without the use of a cover. Both breasts were exposed. This group was loud and intrusive of having any type of conversation. Our waiter could not hear our order, so we asked to be moved. We were given a different table, which allowed us to talk without raising our voices. The noise level continued to be way too high to enjoy a quiet Sunday brunch. Our waiter was apologetic and did what he could to make sure we had a good experience. However, the food was cold and the gravy was too thick and bland. This was our second experience at 21 Steak where the loudness of one party was allowed to upset the dining of others. Please return to having a quiet, tasteful ambiance.

We had brunch for my son‘s birthday and had a good time. The birthday card and muffin with candle was much appreciated! The fried chicken of the chicken and waffles seemed slightly overcooked but everything else was delicious. Kudos to Wil for great service!
