Pintxo, the Basque snack-sized treats on a stick, are the focus at TXA Pinxto Bar in Singapore. You’ll find endless different varieties, from olive stuffed with vermouth jelly to jamon Iberico on goats cheese. There are also smaller plates and raciones, like piquillo peppers, Spanish pickles and black squid ink donuts. Set in The Alkaff Mansion in Telok Blangah, expect classy surroundings and top service. The restaurant is the first Pintxo bar in Singapore, and will also bring many other aspects of Basque culture and cuisine. A bustling atmosphere, set through upbeat music and regular events, and a high-energy bar complete an authentic Basque dining experience at TXA Pintxo Bar.
