Uchiko is the sister restaurant to Tyson Cole’s original Uchi. It matches that restaurant’s dedication to food, wine, and service, but it has a Japanese farmhouse aesthetic with crafted materials and warm finishes to round out a completely updated setting. The chef team at Uchiko has created a brand new selection of composed dishes and sushi, taken from ideas and plates created at Uchi. Uchiko is Uchi redefined. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

I’ve been coming to Uchiko for years. This night was the first off night I’ve ever experienced. I hate even writing this review :( took almost 30 minutes to get seated past reservation time. Food took awhile to come out. We were at the restaurant for 3 hours. It was baffling. Staff was apologetic and accommodating but idk what was going on.

Our waiter was amazing, I sadly do not recall his name but he had made our experience worth the visit, the hosts were amazing, will be back!

We love date night at Uchiko! We had the pleasure of having Morgan as our server and she made our night! She had great recommendations and was so kind and attentive. We will always ask for her when we return. Food, as always was spectacular!

As always, was fantastic! Casandra was especially lovely. The shag rolls, scallops and Hama chili are our favorites!

Had to wait 45 minutes even with the reservation. Although the wait staff was awesome and the food was great, it stalled the momentum of the night. We had to cancel other plans afterwards because of timing.
