:: ADDITIONAL RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE ON RESTAURANT WEBSITE ::

Uchiko is the sister restaurant to Tyson Cole’s original Uchi. It matches that restaurant’s dedication to food, wine, and service, but it has a Japanese farmhouse aesthetic with crafted materials and warm finishes to round out a completely updated setting. The chef team at Uchiko has created a brand new selection of composed dishes and sushi, taken from ideas and plates created at Uchi. Uchiko is Uchi redefined. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Waited way too long before coming and regret it. Everything here is great and the staff is amazing. They are all accommodating and explain what everything is. Will forever keep coming back!

Pacing and portions have really suffered since the brand has further expended. Not a good value or even a good experience anymore.

So many outstanding choices on the menu! This was our second time to visit, and we relied again on the recommendations of our wait person. It's clear that they are required to have a firm grasp of the entire menu, and our wait person did an excellent job (again) of helping us select a variety of awesome dishes for the four of us. This is definitely one of Austin's top dining experiences!
