The Lodge at UCLA Lake Arrowhead invites you and yours to join us for a Thanksgiving Feast. Our team has created a wonderful traditional menu with some added delicacies for those who like to be a little untraditional too. Prices for this specialty menu are $85 (plus tax) for adult & $40 (plus tax) for children with two seating times of 5:00pm & 6:30pm. I was really excited to have breakfast here one of the mornings when we stayed at the lodge for three nights. We were there for a personal vacation not part of a group. We paid $25 per person for cold food and weak coffee. ☹️☹️☹️ The free coffee in the lobby was better than the coffee they served in the restaurant. If you’re staying here as part of a group and not paying yourself, breakfast is great because it’s way better than what you would get a normal hotel. However, if you’re going to pay for your breakfast yourself, you’re far better off going to a local restaurant getting exactly what you want and having it served while it’s actually hot.

We live across the road and always enjoy the lodge dining for the atmosphere and timeless traditional ambiance. The servers work hard and efficiently. We enjoy the casual mountain feeling. They happen to run out of the cheesecake dessert, we were a larger group at the end of the evening. Completely made up for it with fresh big cookies and ice cream.

Tina was so sweet in seating us. Aiden was a delightful waiter. There were two conferences around us. We didn’t mind at all. The food was just warm when we got it.

A very cozy place to dine. Meal is good for the price. I think they could improve the quality of the cooking and food with a modest increase in price

It's a charming, mountain lodge-like setting, surrounded by trees, fireplaces lit. The lobby fills with guests, awaiting the 6:30 pm start time. On cue and en masse, servers enter the lobby and escort large parties of guests into the dining room, with great efficiency (key word). The large groups appear to be students from graduate school programs; others may be large family gatherings. The menu is largely prix fixe, the only choice being the entree: beef or chicken, and the servers are cheery and, yes, efficient. Large trays of food pour forth form the kitchen. It's clearly pre-prepared: the soup is luke warm at best, the salad is pre-dressed; both still taste "OK". The entree is the weak spot: the beef is pretty dry and flavorless, saved only by the sides of veggies and mashed potatoes (the chicken is reportedly "fine"). No options for wine or beer with the meal. The dessert is some bland pudding. With the efficient serving, the entire meal takes 30 minutes; we could have stayed longer, but the large parties of students were a bit too lively for our tastes. No tipping allowed, which is a shame, since the service was cheery and so... efficient.

One of the best dining experiences we have had. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, especially since we have a family with small children and one with special needs. The food was top notch. We are still talking about our experience there.
