Ukiyo’s third menu brings together diverse ingredients and culinary traditions in a harmonious way while simultaneously bringing together guests for an intimate dining experience. Like the previous menu, Ukiyo will offer an intimate, high-end dining experience guided by the traditional Japanese concept of kaiseki, in which a procession of small Japanese-inspired dishes descends on diners throughout the evening. Kizuna no Tabemono showcases a bold fusion of flavors, blending Southeast Asian, Japanese, Western and contemporary influences into a seamless dining experience- highlighting the artistry of traditional techniques paired with modern innovation.
