   The dining room was nice (good ambiance/food). Was disappointed that there was no entertainment as the website and social media lead one to believe. Went to the onyx afterwards, could tell the bartender didn’t want to be there because it was dead and he rushed us to close the tab. Felt quite unwelcome in the last bit of the evening. My friend also had to get her own coat. It was giving like “we already got your money, now go away.”. Customers should feel welcomed and taken care of for the entirety of their visit.

   Overall support service was great. Plates were cleared frequently, Water and drinks were always filled. Our servers recommendations and menu knowledge was a bit hard to follow because of the fast pace talking and slurred speech. Shrimp tempura was delicious. Short rib was tender but dry. Pork rice and waygu dumplings lacked flavour.

   Service was at the top of their game from the front desk to all throughout the meal. Food was very good but a tad small for the pricing + a little underseasoned. Ambience is nice but the couches made it a little awkward to eat on

   Ultra never disappoints and the manager, Antonio, is such a kind and professional individual, who makes sure everyone is taken care of. I would highly recommend this venue in midtown!

   Fun night at Ultra. Enjoyed cocktails in the bar before a wonderful meal for our group of 6 in the main dining room. Great decor and service was excellent!!

   This is a hidden midtown gem. The attention to detail and service is over the top. Antonio and Anita make this a very special dining experience . The new menu and chef have created a delicious beautiful creation of Fusion tastes that were presented beautifully on each plate. The robata shortrib , thai rice and Wagu beef were outstanding. We are going back to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Well done !

   I had a fantastic birthday dinner at Ultra. Our server was attentive and nice as were the other staff. The food was 5/5, my entire table was happy with every single dish. I’ll be coming back! Thank you

    Would not recommend. Food is below average, service was poor (waited 1.5 hours for our dinner… clearly was forgotten about), lounge felt dungeony. The Assistant General Manager was kind and the best part of the experience when she came at the end and learned about our poor time. She was nice enough to help us with our bill, but all around it was bad.
