   Ume is one of my go-to sushi restaurants in Houston. Food is great and staff always take a great care of you. I like the fact that they keep it simple, but very high in quality. No gimmicks, just great food.

   One of our fav sushi in Houston. Great variety in menu items, consistency of food quality and drinks are so good too. Only improvement would be espresso :)

   The food was wonderful not any heavy sauces on the food. Great fresh, clean flavors. We have been searching for a new sushi restaurant for months and we have finally found it!

   the waitress made the whole restaurant 10x better. it was an asian waiter with glasses i didnt get his name but he was very nice, humbling, and sincere. i brought a girl to the restaurant and she absolutely loved it everything was delicious. maybe just a little food more for the price but either way 10/10

   I sat at the sushi bar/chef’s table and ordered the chef’s choice sashimi. The food was great, service was friendly and attentive but not clingy. This will become one of my regular spots when I’m in Houston. I highly recommend!
