    Very bad experience at UMI, reserved a table of 5 and had to wait 3 hours. Bad customer service, never saw a poor service like that in all Mexico!

    Pésimo servicio, gasté en transportación ( la cual es cara aquí) para ir con mi familia a este restaurante y al llegar me dijeron que no tenían registrada mi reservación, sin embargo una señorita ahí me comentó que la esperara unos minutos para darme una mesa que tenía disponible y después de 30 min ya no se apareció y vino otro compañero suyo a simplemente decirnos que no nos podían dar la mesa porque no tenían la reserva que hice a través de OpenTable y el lugar estaba lleno. Ya se imaginaran el coraje que hice porque iba con mis papás, que son personas mayores, y sólo se limitaron a corrernos y no nos quisieron atender... (cuando ya habían dicho que nos iban a dar mesa) horrible el servicio del lugar, nunca volvería!! Pésima opción,no respetan reservas , no gasten en transportación para ir a este lugar !!

    UMI was a delight experience, a nice dining atmosphere with stunning views of the city. The ambiance is both modern and cozy, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing meal. A special shoutout to Alexia, whose warm and attentive service truly enhanced our dining experience. Her friendly demeanor and attention made our visit memorable. UMI is definitely a place to visit for great food, top-notch service, and nice city views.

    Had a reservation for 7:00. Showed up, no one at the hostess stand. No one at the restaurant but one other table. Finally someone sat us. No water, no server 10 minutes. Placed a drink order, no drink 10 min. Left. Not sure what’s going on there but reviews are bogus.

    El servicio y la terraza están muy bien. La comida es muy normal, he comido en muchos restaurantes japoneses más ricos y creativos. Los precios son disparatados, no lo vale! El precio del segundo vino blanco más barato es de 1.500 pesos ( más propina). Es un Casa Madero 2V por el que me pedían en un excelente restaurante japonés de La Roma en CDMX, 800 pesos la semana pasada. No tiene sentido que el mismo vino cueste aquí, casi el doble. Lo siento, no lo recomiendo, no vale lo que cuesta

    Excellent edamames, sushi rice was a bit soggy. Service was average considering the waiter only addressed to my husband and only asked him: how is everything sir? It seemed as though I was not there…please work on this.

    I should have read the various reviews of this restaurant. Drinks were weak and flavorless. Food was a little better, but definitely not worth the price attached to them. Service was ok until we were made to feel awkward about leaving tip on the card. I would not recommend. There are so many better restaurants in PDC.
