A Spanish restaurant based in the beautiful Alkaff Mansion in Telok Blangah, UNA at the Alkaff Mansion in Singapore is known for its focus on Basque cuisine. Popular favourites, like gambas al ajillo and pluma Iberico sit on the menu alongside many other small plate tapas options. Of course, there’s paella, served traditionally, with squid ink and with prawns and clams. Presentation is immaculate, as is the restaurant itself.
