Vaca Argentina - Vallarta is an Argentinean steakhouse. This restaurant has been in operation for over ten years, and continues its success though its incredibly delicious cuisine. The interior is bright, with brick columns lining the dining room and bright red windows bringing a splash of color to the seating area. Asador La Vaca Argentina honors the famous tradition of Argentinean steakhouses by putting the beef and steak dishes front and center. The other specialty of the house is wine, and while Asador La Vaca Argentina has both French and Spanish varieties there are several Argentinean wines available too.

    Al principio nos iba a atender un mesero de moreno con chinos pero vi que puso gestos de que nos iba a atender, como que no le parecio atendernos y despues otro muy amable se nos acerco. La presentacion simple de los vacios es insipida, no trae acompañamientos, en serranos grill hasta en tabla los presentan, esta vez nos los llevaron como un cacho de carne en un plato con una verdura de color, nos pusieron en una mesa que era pasadera de gente, pedimos en terraza. la verdad fue muy incomodo, yo tambien tengo un restaurante y trato de darles el mejor servicio y calidad a los comensales. No discriminen, no saben que personas de gran influencia puedan llegar a su lugar.,

    We ordered the flank steak with salad and mashed potatoes. The quantity was a lot and very tasty 😋 Our server Octavio was really efficient and friendly. Recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

    Our 4th time dining at Vaca Argentina and it's always a pleasure. Their BEEF is second to none and the service team is really outstanding. Our waiter Cristian was very attentive and efficient, and Marco, the team leader keeps it all running smoothly! We highly recommend Vaca Argentina for anyone who appreciates funeral food and top-flight service! Andre

    We are fans of this restaurant because of its consistency and quality of food and service. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and everything was actually terrific. What I deeply appreciate is that at one point the air conditioner was a little too high and actually blowing right on my face and our waiter made a request to have that turned down. It didn’t seem to happen with the people behind the bar that I think are near the controls, and so our waiter circled back around by grabbing the manager, who insisted and that got it turned down -I deeply appreciate being seen and heard.

    Our 3rd vist to Vaca Argentina and completely enjoyed our delicious BEEF dinners. The whole Vaca team is very welcoming, and our waiter Marco was top-notch! For those who enjoy well prepared premium beef, Vaca is a great choice in Puerto Vallarta! Andre

    Never disappoints! Fantastic service and food. Large portions. Wonderful atmosphere. We have eaten here 20 times. We always bring our visitors to Vaca for excellent steaks guaranteed!

    The noise level was quiet in the private room they seated us in, which we really appreciated. We have had better service in the past. This time our waiter spoke very little English, so a lot of things were lost in translation. My son speaks fluent Spanish, but things still did not go well at all.
