Experiences offered during our normal hours of operation are always in addition to standard reservations and can be accessed by selecting your desired dining time.

Inspired by his family & and their home-cooked meals, Vallata is Tom Colicchio's first ever Italian restaurant on 19th & Park. First a pop-up, now a permanent resident, Vallata shares straightforward Italian cooking in an intimate and eclectic space. Vallata is a neighborhood trattoria where the abundance of the local region is used to create simple, straightforward dishes that are executed in the restaurants lively open kitchen. Open for dinner 7 nights/week, Vallata aims to remind us of the connective powers of food & family. Walk-ins are always welcome. Pickup ordering is available at vallatanyc.com. Delivery is powered by Caviar.

Our team will help you create an individualized menu (starts at $95pp), built from our selection of rustic favorites for your group up to 16 guests. We are always happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions/allergies, & our team does not limit your options due to party size. This is an optional experience for parties of 6-7. *Experience bookings are the first step in our large party process. Our events team will reach out within 48 hours of booking to review selections & arrange for a deposit to guarantee your table.*

    Excellent again … starting with the hostess to servers and som..all were extremely polite, helpful , and attentive. The food was great. Chickpea salad with seafood was fresh and flavorful. Fig and prosciutto was a perfect start and enough for 2. The pork shank with polenta was fall off the bone tender extremely flavorful

    Christian and the entire staff made our experience incredible. This was possibly the best dining experience I’ve ever had. A custom menu for my birthday, celebratory drinks, a birthday dessert, THE kindest and most warm staff, plus delicious food. There were so many special moments that left our group beyond satisfied. We were all visiting from different states, but will certainly all be talking about VALLATA when we get home. Thank for this special dinner!

    Vallata is our favorite restaurant. The menu offers an excellent range of Italian centric dishes and the service is superb. Of note is that Cheron, the sommelier at Craft, has put together a fun and varied wine list!

    We went on a Saturday evening. The server was excellent and so was the food. The timing to get our appetizer was over 35 minutes but so good the Arancin , also the veal meatballs & ricotta were excellent and the Bucatini was delicious- We enjoyed dinner and would return.

    Vallata keeps getting better! Last evening, the food was stellar. Our group of four enjoyed the frito misto, arancini to start, followed by the fluke and the veal meatballs. Each dish was close to perfection. Bravo Vallata!!!

    This restaurant is a gem. We ordered the Veal Ricotta Meatballs as an appetizer for 3 of us. The grilled bread with the dish was perfect to enjoy the rich tomato sauce. The Cacio e Pepe, Gemelli with Basil and Paccheri with Fennel Sausage, Leeks and Broccoli Rabe were delicious. The freshness of the ingredients could be tasted in each. We finished our meal with Gelato (Cinnamon, Coconut, Roasted Pineapple) which surpasses any of the best ice creams. The space was ideal for dinner and conversation. It transported you where you forgot you were in New York. I cannot say enough about the service. Impeccable in every way.
