Valle Omakase es una experiencia única, para llevar a tu paladar por un viaje gastronómico con propuestas de autor.

El menú degustación es elaborado y diseñado por Chef Quindere usando productos locales y japoneses siempre de una manera sustentable y respetando la naturaleza; el menú está en constante cambio ya que el chef pasa grande parte de su tiempo haciendo pruebas y dibujando nuevos platillos. También contamos con una variedad de sake, vinos y mixología de autor.

Chef Quindere pasó un tiempo estudiando y trabajando en Tokyo, Seychelles, en el Four Seasons Hotel, Hawaii, San Diego , Miami y recientemente Chef Consultor de Cuixmala Hotel en Jalisco y para el grupo Oasis Restaurantes en Manzanillo, México.

En el desarrollo de su carrera, ha tenido oportunidades de trabajar con chefs altamente reconocidos, incluyendo celebridades como el Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, el Chef Estrella Michellin Jeff Ramsey y Chef Alan Wong en el Waldorf Astoria en la isla de Maui entre otros.

Increible! Es mi segunda vez visitando Valle Omakase, esta segunda vez visitamos con una pareja de restauranteros bastante exigentes y quedaron fascinados al igual que yo y mi esposo!

We booked a restaurant a la carte experience. When we got to the restaurant, they said there was no a la carte so we did the omakase experience. The food was amazing but we paid triple what we were planning to and it was much more food than we needed. We should have done more research but DO NOT book a la carte.

We came to Omakase last year and absolutely loved it! Our group decided to splurge and do it again this year on our trip. No one told us that Chef Quindere was on vacation. He makes the entire experience amazing. The food was not as good as last year either. The staff tried but it was not the same. We definitely left feeling that we did not get our money's worth. It is ALOT of money for this experience so make sure that Chef Quindere is there.

What an excellent experience. Smaller, intimate setting, incredible view of the vineyard. We got there right at sunset, which was gorgeous. Chef Antonio shared his story with all of us, and made sure we all had the best personal experience with the courses, which were incredible. ive eaten a lot of sushi and tasted things I’ve never had before. All of the seafood was local, all local ingredients, and resulted in this beautiful blend of Latino and Japanese cultures in every bite. I had the drink pairing with my meal, which was thoughtfully crafted, and the combination of flavors was incredibly complex and delicious. Even getting to know some of the other patrons and having some great conversations. By the end it felt like a family gathering. 6 stars out of 5 all around! If you enjoy omakase, this is a must when in the valle de Guadalupe.

Amazing experience and food with the chef and his team. 10/10 I recommend. It’s the same chef from Tapas in Ensenada. Food there is also superb.
