The Valley Restaurant brings a European feel to Niagara dining. Tucked away on a quiet street in north St. Catharines close to Niagara-on-the-Lake this trattoria style restaurant serves homemade Italian inspired cuisine. Everything is made in house from the fresh baked bread, fresh pastas and sauces, gelato and incredible desserts. The menu includes veal, seafood, steak, a variety of pasta dishes including gnocchi, lasagne, ravioli. There is a full cocktail menu and fabulous wine list including local and imported selections. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a large fireplace, intimate tables, white linen tablecloths and impeccable service.

Valley has become one of our favourite dining spots. The space is authentic and the servers and staff are genuine. They always have great specials to offer and an outstanding menu! I would recommend to anyone looking for Italian cuisine while visiting Niagara.

I have beaten at the valley restaurant several times and I am always pleasantly pleased. They have a great variety, fantastic specials, and amazing food all around!

We love the Valley and have gone for New Years Eve dinner for the past two years! It has wonderful ambiance and fantastic food that never disappoints! On the set menu we had the charcuterie platter to share which was huge, the Caesar salad and pear salad, and we each got the Piatto Italiano, one Chicken and one Veal Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo (husband got the oil/chilli peppers) and lasagna, dessert was a choice of 4 which we both got Lemoncello cheesecake (one to go!) Fabulous as always, our favourite restaurant!

First rate experience at Valley Restaurant . Warm New Year’s Welcome with Prosecco , followed by excellent food and first class service. Limoncello offered after dinner on the house. Overall enjoyable New Year’s Eve Celebration! Definitely reserve again next year!

Most amazing place I've been to, perfect setting and lighting to be with your loved one. Pam is an amazing waitress, made us feel very welcome. Everyone in the building brought great vibes and a smile, makes you feel right at home. I strongly recommend the Pasta Boscaiola, Amazing. Definitely plan to come back.

FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIANCE AMAZING WE HAD THE 12 OUNCE STEAK SPECIAL WHICH CAME WITH PASTA AND MIXED VEGGIES. WE ASKED TO SUBSTITUTE THE PASTA FOR MASHED POTATOES, NO PROBLEM DONE AND THEN WE ASKED IF WE COULD SPLIT THE MEAL, NO PROBLEMO. THE OWNER VISITED EVERY TABLE TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME WHICH WAS A NICE TOUCH. FOR DESERT WE HAD THE CARROT CAKE AND TIREMISSOO BOTH WERE DELICIOUS. GREAT WORK
