Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

    Service was excellent and staff were very helpful. Food was amazing and the menu was extensive. I had the prawn ravioli for entree and the pork ribeye for main - so delicious. Would highly recommend.

    A lovely place to lunch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Amazing food and good selection of alcoholic beverages. The menu is extensive and caters to all tastes. Definitely a pleasant environment to eat! Highly recommended.

    Great balance between formal food/setting and pricing. Good location in local Ivanhoe with easily available parking behind the building. Friendly staff and a nice ambience.

    We had mainly a seafood dinner, octopus, calamari, lobster, fish of the day. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. Highly recommended

    We enjoyed our meal but the overall experience was just average due mainly to the restaurant being extremely noisy.
