    Y’all. . . WOW!!!!!! We came for the NYE tasting experience and I actually love it here. Like LOVE IT HERE! The staff, the ambiance, the music (we had a live performance) and THE FOOD!!! Everything paired so well. It was truly a full experience that will be hard to beat and always remembered. We had an amazing server but the whole team exceeded our expectations. We also had the opportunity to meet the chef, Marvin Palomo and that was truly an honor. . . I can mention the dishes we had but honestly I doubt you can go wrong with what you order. . . Not from Toronto, but will be adding Vela to my top 5 of all time. . . Thank you all so much for the experience. It was amazing and definitely appreciated!!! Happy New Year!

    Wonderful place for a special occasion outing. Second time celebrating my birthday there, the food is truly outstanding and the vibe is unmatched. It’s calm, moody in a good way, classy, spacious, and noise levels are controlled. Feels like a private party when we dine despite being in a restaurant full of people. They don’t cram the place with tables like other spots. Always recommended!

    An absolutely incredible dining experience. They have dishes that suit all dietary needs and tastes, and the value is incredible. The food was INSANELY delicious. It was art - and I’m not exaggerating. Will be returning!!!

    Vela has been on the list of places to visit for some time. Since Marvin left 7Enoteca in Oakville and took the helm at Vela, we have wanted to get round to check it out. Fortunately today we were able to dine at Vela and it did not disappoint! (Other than Marvin not being in for todays service). The environment is stunning. The food is amazing. The service was attentive. (Many thanks Sandy, not only on the food advice, but the wine advice as well!) We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to returning to try the tasting menu at the counter. That type of experience is right up our alley!
