Explore through our selection of premium Lot 35 Fairmont teas and indulge in tiers of lavish savoury delectables, sweets decadences, and traditional scones. $69 per person $36 per child 12 years and below Creative cocktail & mocktails are available for add-ons during the experience. Enjoy the time of togetherness while indulging in Velvet Glove’s newest tradition, the “Gourmet Fondue Experience”. You can experience Velvet Glove’s “Gourmet Fondue Experience” every Tuesday and Wednesday. Gourmet Fondue Experience: $119 per person, includes a cheese fondue, main dish, and chocolate fondue. Recommended a minimum of 2 people per reservation. or À La Carte: Customize your experience by choosing your appetizer, main, fondue and dessert through our "À La Carte" menu items. We chose The Velvet Glove to celebrate with friends, both having anniversaries in December. Excellent breakfast with attentive service. We had a wonderful time. Added thanks to the chef for the special anniversary dessert plates.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at the Velvet Glove Restaurant. Rita, who served our meals and answered all our questions regarding which wines paired best with our entrees was exceptional! She truly made my family and I feel special and well taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing. I asked for my tenderloin to be prepared medium rare and it was perfect! The lobster bisque was to die for…. out of this world. My youngest daughter and I shared the lobster fondue and we both agreed it was delicious. And then the chocolate fondue dessert….. wow! This is definitely something I would love to do again. Thank you for the wonderful memories! And thank you Rita for suggesting the live interactive dinner …… it is on my list to try next!

The service was poor - we never get offered any more hot water for our tea during the entire tea service. The allergy we noted on the reservation and advised each server about was forgotten three times. The food lacked any flavor. Very expensive for such a disappointment. We were ready to make this a several times a year tradition, instead we will continue our search for a good afternoon tea in the city.

We loved the Fairmont’s Nutcracker Brunch, a great experience all around. All those creatives who produced the brunch and table settings are to be highly commended. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, especially the host who seated us.

The flavours in each of the items on the tea tiers were so vivid & fresh. It was a pure bliss to enjoy! The festive music was a perfect background & the decorations made our Nutcracker Tea the best kickoff for the Christmas season!!
