Vesper is the place where Parisiens go to enjoy French fusion food, sushi, cocktails, a flamboyant décor, and groovy music in the 7th district (Left-Bank).

Signature dishes include Lacquered Duck Gyoza, Lobster Roll, Crying Tiger, Black Cod with miso, Small Spelt veggie risotto.

                                                                      Stay away from this restaurant. Idk how they even have good ratings. We booked a prepaid NYE dinner for 500€ and it was the most disgusting meal I’ve ever seen. It took 3 hours to receive and when the clock hit midnight they just walked around with little sparkler things and that was it. Waste of my time and money. The staff that works there is also very rude.

                                                                      Reserved a table for New Years Eve. Service was terrible. We had to wait 1 hour for starters and another hour for main course, food was served in a confused manner. I paid for champagne but the restaurant forgot about it. The waiter gave our order to wrong table. The lobster was like rubber and the desert reminded of airplane food. Extremely disappointing. All the tables next to us had the same problems and we were all complaining. Ruined New Years Eve.

                                                                      The overall was mediocre. The cost was high and they up charged us for being late on New Year's Eve. Traffic was horrible and streets were closed off. Our Uber driver was Amazing trying his best to get us there. We did call and explain the traffic. They did accommodate us when we got there. The food was pretty good for the most part. We were not able to get certain items or even certain drinks. The staff was nice and friendly. The manager made sure to tell us they were surcharging us very quickly.

                                                                      Fantastic experience this evening at Vesper. Paris has the best food, and this was no short of that. Service was impeccable, the vibe of this restaurant was a hit including the playlist. Everything I ate was prepared with love. I will definitely come back and will recommend this to anyone visiting Paris. Bravo!

                                                                      This was a 5-star experience all around. The food and service are top notch. It’s a very unique menu and everything is done with finesse and care. Our only complaint was it was a bit warm in the restaurant as the AC was broken. We would eat here again and again. Highly recommended.

                                                                      Needs better service quality. Our order was messed up with the wrong item initially and then they made me pay the wrong bill. A pleasant place otherwise. Food is innovative.
