Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins! We really enjoyed the ghost stories about this beautiful old church told to us by Jimmy, who provided us excellent service as well as excellent food. I can’t say enough about this wonderful restaurant

Overall it’s a must watch spot in NOLA! The ambience and architecture are very cool. Our server was super attentive. The chicken and waffles best I’ve had.

Vessel is so cute. It's an old church converted to a restaurant and has such a cozy feeling and wonderful lighting. My fritatta was a smidge dry, but the rest of the food was great and the cocktails were wonderful. Everyone was extremely pleasant too. We enjoyed it.

I love this restaurant, the food is delicious, and the vibe is incredible. it's definitely one of our favorite restaurants. We went a little late so the waitress rushed us a little bit, i wouldn't go after 9pm again but the food was delicious and we had a great time!

The Vessel is a beautiful setting. This was my second visit there. On both occasions, the food came out less than warm. It has good flavors, but temperature matters. They also stopped serving an item weeks ago and haven’t updated their menu. Overall, the restaurant does not seem like it’s run well.

Whenever we are in town, we always try to make at least one visit to Vessel. We've been there several times, and the food is always spectacular, delicious and consistent. The service is excellent and always top notch. It is truly a beautiful restaurant unlike anything we've ever seen, it's in an old church and the ceiling is amazing. We are already planning our next trip and have Vessel on the top of our list of "must do's".
