The upscale eatery affords diners plenty of Italian flair in both atmosphere and flavor. Via Allegro spares no expense to provide diners with bold Italian motifs combined with the innovation of modern design.

Via Allegro boasts one of the largest selections of wines in North America and is the winner of the Wine Spectator Grand Award, one of ninety three in the entire world.

For classic pasta and risotto dishes, check out the truffled mushroom risotto or the taglietelle bolognese. For a more classically inspired entrée, you will enjoy the, whole fresh fish branzino or the lamb rack.

We celebrated our birthdays at via last night and the service was outstanding. We were a little rowdy (from excitement of course) but the guests and staff made us feel so welcomed. We were so well taken care of. Food was 10/10 service and ambience 10/10. Will most definitely be back! GIVE EVERYONE A PROMOTION EXPEDITIOUSLY!

We had an excellent meal and “Z” our server did a fantastic job. The presentation of the scallops appetizer was amazing.

As always Tanya our server was exceptional and the food was delicious! The lamb dish is always excellent and the rib steak for two looked amazing. Our guests loved it! Always a very pleasant experience at Via Allegro. Expensive but worth the treat.

First time ever a restaurant was actually so good that I bothered leaving a review! I have probably been to every high rated restaurants in Toronto. Especially downtown! And not once , have I been so impressed by everything that I felt it deserved me to take time to write about it . The service? 10+. The ambiance? 10+. Actually, lights can be a little dimmer before 8pm. The food? 10+ + +. Over all value for your money? 10+. Definitely recommend.

Second time here, and last time was a better experience. We travel for over an hour to celebrated a birthday, which they acknowledge with a tasty dessert at the end of our dinner, so thank you for that. It was a pretty busy weekday, my server was nice but you could tell the difference on how he was treating our table with a table behind us (way more attentive with them). we order a few dishes, for the Brussels sprouts with guanciale y pecorino, I only found two tiny tiny pieces of guanciale, one for each person? 🥴. Throughout our dinner, we were only asked once how we were doing, didn’t got a water refill, kinda forgotten. At the end we had a different server, really nice too but overall the night could’ve been way better.

This is my first time traveling to Etobicoke to have Italian fine dining. We ordered whole brazino and half lobster pasta. The whole fish is tasteful, more favorable than most of the restaurants. The lobster is not bad, but maybe we have high hopes, so it does not really meet my expectations. The pasta has enough sauce, but it is still a bit dry. The waiter is attentive and offers complimentary dessert for special occasion. I will come back again for the hot seafood platter and whole duck risotto.
