Via Vite is a modern Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati on Fountain Square with the largest outdoor dining space in the city center . Our menu features Chef Cristian Pietoso's creative Italian cuisine using the best local and imported ingredients available. We have private rooms available for all size groups and types of events.

*On New Year's Eve and Valentines day we only offer a pre-fix menu

    Join Via Vite for our annual Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet! You will enjoy a Buffet that includes: Freshly baked pastries, caesar salad house made dressing and croutons, shrimp cocktail tower, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, butchers cut bacon, roasted potatoes, penne bolognese, hand made crispy gnocchi with four cheese fondue & black truffle, french toast with berries compote and real maple syrup, Italian sausage and bean ragout, shrimp and grits. CARVING STATION : Roasted strip steak, smoked salmon with fresh herb dressing DESSERT: Tiramisu , vanilla risotto w/honey and pistachio, fresh fruit. Adults (12 and Over) $55 per person; Children (11 and under) $25 per person. Reservations for 2-5 Guests have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Reservations for 6+ have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 45 minutes. This is a prepaid experience. We require minimum 7-day notice for cancellations without penalty. Any reservation, cancelled for any reason, less than 7 days in advance will be nonrefundable. Cancellations can be made at info@viaviterestaurant.com

    For years via vite has been a staple for Cincinnatians and it just keeps getting better. The food is and has always been great. That’s what to expect from a Pietoso restaurant. Service is great. While I’ve never had a bad service experience there, Kelly is amazing. She remembers my partner and I and even when she’s not our server for the night she goes out of her way to say hi and thank us for coming in. She’s one of the best in the city. Cocktails, mocktails, and wine are well curated and complement the food selection. I’ve coordinated corporate functions on the second floor, eaten alone at the bar, and at tables through all variations of the decor. Via Vite is great and you won’t regret going, no matter the occassion. Seriously, just go. You’re going to love it.

    The service was great. The pasta was so salty my husband and I could not finish it. Very small portions.

    Unfortunately, we had a server who was bussing off plates of food from our table while we were still eating. She also reached in front of me several times to pour water or reach a dish, she needed to walk around the table instead of going across my plates or drinks. She was working hard but rushing us too much and I did not like that. Food was inventive, portions were appropriate. Artichokes were delicious. We had to keep asking for more water throughout entire experience even though we had 4 drinks from the bar as well. Some plates arrived scorching hot and had obviously been under the warmer. We won't be back but it was an ok experience.

    The food was amazing and the service was perfect. We had a 3 course meal for valentine’s day and the reservation fee paid for everything it was an amazing experience.

    First time at this restaurant for Valentine’s Day, and I loved the place! A little disappointed because we had a 9:30 reservation, but when we arrived, the host told us they were running behind, so we had to wait 20 minutes (along with other couples). Once seated, the service was very fast. Our server was just okay but I understand it was a busy night. The food was delicious and came out quickly. We’ll definitely be back!
