The white wine came at room temperature so i had to request ice cubes. The manager was angry with us and tried to blame us when they got the order for the starter wrong. Not friendly at all.. in fact he was quite hostile towards us. He started clearing our plates before he even asked if we had finished! Not the usual kind of service we got from villa Bianca.

Food is delicious as always. However, my mother and her friend had dinner and asked to sit at more comfortable table, where there are less waiters walking by table all the time. She asked one of the male waiters if they could change to a different table that also sits for 2 by the wall as the restaurant was not too busy. She was told the table was reserved but was not offered other tables next to it though. I don't think the waiter was considerate or accomadating to my mother's needs. Disappointing service.

We went on a Sunday evening and he service was very slow and had to keep asking for stuff. The food is good there but we had the seabream as before and the size of the fish seemed to have shrunk this evening so we were still hungry after our starter and main. We were stuck at the back of the restaurant so perhaps that was why we didn't have a great experience. Won't be rushing back.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR 30 YEARS BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! TO CROWDED WITH ITS NEW LAYOUT SLOW SERVICE POOR FOOD WE WAITED FAR TOO LONG AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT FELT THAT THE FOOD HAD BEEN UNDER A HEAT LIGHT FOR AGES. DRY PASTA AND THE PLATE WAS SO HOT YOU COULD NOT TOUCH IT. AND WHEN THE CHEF LEAVES THE KITCHEN TO SCREAM. THAT YOUR FOOD IS COMING IS TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE I FEEL SORRY FOR THE STAFF

Food very average. There are many better Italian restaurants in London. Ambience was good. But it’s very expensive for what it is.

We went to Villa Bianca to celebrate my son s birthday as we live italian food and what a discovery, it was delicious! We definetly lived it and will return again. The lobster pasta and all the plates were fabulous Wonderful atmosphere and staff
