Con más de 25 años produciendo vinos en el Valle de Guadalupe nuestro fundador y enologo , Paolo Paoloni ha logrado la sinergia entre la tradición italiana, el conocimiento a lo largo de los años , el acceso a la alta tecnología y una gran calidad de uva en sus viñedos, dan como resultado vinos únicos con una originalidad sin precedentes. Es por esta razón que orgullosamente los llamamos “Vinos Mexicanos con Corazón Italiano” Ven y conoco nuestro Tasting Room ubicado en el corazon del Valle de Guadalupe , rodeado de viñedos y la magia de la naturaleza de Baja California .

                                  Really lovely time here thanks to fun, friendly service and very tasty wine. The view is lovely and the charcuterie board was a much-enjoyed snack. whether you prefer Italian grapes, or just really enjoy some good wine, this is the spot for you. Definitely get a bottle of the Nebbiolo

                                  Villa Montefiori staff where very professional. Wine were ver good. Vinery is simple no fuss. Would definitely recommend as a stop when visiting Valle Guadalupe.
