At VILLAS Restaurant & Bar, we take you on a journey through South India and Sri Lanka, with our liquid degustation menu.

The iconic Banana Leaf Rice from our sister venue Roti Bar is recreated and given an extra touch by Chef Ray Ulaganathan. The Premium Banana Leaf Rice are serve on selected dinners Fridays and Saturdays by bookings only.

Each cocktail and mocktail is meticulously prepared, with modern techniques complemented with an Indian finishing to showcase the vibrancy and diverse flavours of the region .

    I am unsure who is at fault here, Opentable app or the restaurant! Our dinner booking for group of 7 was accepted on 31st December. We got to the restaurant only to find out a closed sign at the entrance. The evening was ruined and it was hard to find a restaurant at last minute.

    Extremely disappointing experience. I booked the table for our group a good time in advance for the Christmas Eve dinner. I got the email one day before to confirm our arrival and everything was confirmed and good. When we arrived on Christmas Eve the restaurant was closed, and the sign on the door said it has been closed since 21.12.24.

    The meals were substatial and tasty. The Thali was super and so was the Chicken 65 as well as all the other dishes. The service was great the friendly staff always there to help in any way.. The ambience was soothing just needed that music to make it a bit more lively.

    I had unlimited banana leaf dinner. The service was fast even though it was peak hour busy. Enjoyed the food. The tea could be better. WIll come back next time.

    The food was and the atmosphere was really good! On the downside, we booked through open table and the restaurant “didn’t have a record of our booking”. It felt like we were going to be turned away before I showed them proof of booking. We also ordered a veg thali and got a meat one instead. Overall however, it was a pleasant experience.
