VIN48 offers an ever-changing rustic American menu to satisfy discriminating palates with small and large plates featuring local organic ingredients.

Chef McCaw's food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.

Join us inside our luxurious, heated, yurts for a private dining experience. We feature our ever changing, delicious five-course tasting menu for $135 per person. We have a $500 food and beverage minimum before tax and 20% gratuity is applied. Please call the restaurant after booking to confirm details. 970-748-9463. The "set price per guest" of $50 above is a DEPOSIT ONLY, we do have a strict 72-hour cancelation policy. The deposit will offset the $135 per person cost at the restaurant.

Vin48 is always a “first choice” dinner reservation when we are in BC! The food is excellent and the staff is outstanding! We dined there twice in 10 days and Alex and Cheyanne took incredible care of us!! The fantastic team and quality and uniqueness of food make this restaurant one of our favorites in Beaver Creek!

I enjoyed the cod in a yellow curry, which was one of the specials that evening. It was superb. The presentation and all the flavors. The server recommended eating it with a spoon as well, which made all the difference! I went by myself and enjoyed the art and other details in the restaurant as well as the many families who had gathered there. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. I highly recommended!

Best restaurant in Avon! We were last night and made a reservations for two more nights! Service, food and all the employees are amazing and very friendly! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service. We come to Beaver Creek several times a year and always try to have at least one meal at Vin 48. Thank you for continued great service and great food!

We have been going to Vin 48 for years but had our best meal yet in March, 2025. We ordered the arancini, the poached pear salad, the Icelandic Cod, and the meatballs. All were delicious, but the cod was a particular standout. We ordered the carrot cake and smores gelato for desert and these were both outstanding as well. Everything on the desert menu looked fantastic, and each had an optional desert wine pairing as well.
