    Made reservations and showed up a few minutes before to check in. There was a line of 20+ people waiting outside. When I asked the hostess where to go since I had a reservation for 7:30, she stated that ALL the people waiting had reservations and that it would be a minimum 30 minute wait. Didn’t even bother to stick around and wound up leaving. I understand being a few minutes behind but a minimum 30 minute wait on top of a reservation is wild. Plus there was no way all 20+ people were going to be seated within 30 minutes, the restaurant was already full. Poor service and won’t be back.

    Overbooked reservations. Waited 30 minutes for a table with reservations and got sat outside next to the road with another table.

    Our table was in the bar area. Very busy with staff and patrons moving throughout this area. Not a great area to be seated.

    I thought this would be a nice and fine dining place making my decision by visiting their website and looking at their menu. I was wrong. It’s a tourist trap in San Diego’s Little Italy. Horrible in all aspects 1. Poor rush service and unfriendly staff, 2. Limited menu and the pasta, except for the hand made pasta noodles, were nothing better that I could think compared to any chain restaurants, 3. The place was loud - both the music and the crowd noise you can’t hear each other talk over dinner, and 4. the menu was limited and overpriced. I will never come back to this restaurant even if the food was free. The service was so BAD even the table bread that tasted old and reheated took us a long while to get after asking the server 4 times before she got the Antipasti. Can’t recommend at all!

    Cute style but way overpriced for the low quality food. Our server was nice and had good energy but the whole experienced was tainted by the food

    Service was awful, food was cold and for some in our party wrong. They had limited menu we weren’t informed about when making reservation.

    In restaurant menu was completely different than online due Valentine's Day? Booked this restaurant for the menu and was highly disappointed.

    Valentine’s Day was a disaster. Not to the fault of the staff but the logical coordination of everything was poor. First there was a line down the street for reservations. We waiting over 30 minutes then had to settle at a table outside with a heat lamp cause my gf was freezing standing in line in a dress. Second no where did it mentioned anything about a fixed menu for he night which was frustrating since that’s why I picked this place. All of our 3 course meal came out at the same time, our pastas were frozen by the time we finished our salad. Terrible dining experience

    I will NEVER choose this place for Valentines Day. How do you have an 8pm reservation and end up in line for 30 plus minutes with others who reserved AND walk-ins? Then, the 65 dollar limited choice meals were not appealing. We decided not to eat there and had to pay 20 bucks for two water bottles. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! LOL
