    What a great night. The food was soooo good and great proportions. There were 6 of us and we all ordered different dishes. All were fantastic. Service was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was not stuffy and very welcoming. Will go back We ordered calamri, the "rice balls" and burrata for apps! All good. I had tri color tortellini with steak tips--YUM From Salmon to chicken picata ...all good . Highly recommend

    We did not enjoy our meals tonight. This restaurant was suggested to us by the concierge at our resort (the concierge lady did say she was friends with the owners so it's understandable why she would recommend) We love Italian food and we were very disappointed at the quality of our food. Very overpriced for the value. We would not return and we do not recommend.

    It was good, but the garçom serves me was not polite , another garçom tell me good bye , the garçom that serves me , didn’f give me attention.

    BEWARE. This place does an automatic gratuity, and my server acted accordingly. Server ignored us the entire visit and once the food got there I went my ENTIRE (not an exaggeration) meal without a single drop of beverage. And this is after we asked 2 different servers for a refill. Took forever to bring the check. My wife sent her food back because it wasn’t what she thought it was. No apologies or empathy. No visit from a manager. He just took it and charged us for the sides. If I am spending this amount of money with an automatic gratuity, acknowledging I’m there would be a kind courtesy at the least. Likely not going there again. I am in hopes it was just this particular server.

    Great food, drink and service. Not accustomed to having gratuity pre-filled in at 20% on the bill in advance was my only minor concern.

    Read great comments about this place and decided to try it out. For starters the food took more than 1 1/2 hours to arrive. My son had the kids menu filet with fries. Asked for medium rare. It came cold and over cooked, with the fries tasting like old oil. I asked my pasta to be spaghetti instead of tagliatelle. The brought the wrong type of pasta. The food was ok. Service was terrible. They made it up by not charging my plate and gave us a free tiramisu to make up for everything. I will never go back and would definetley not recommened it.

    Hello Michelle, Your order was placed at 8:47 PM, and your food arrived at 9:25 PM. We cook everything fresh to order, and our restaurant was extremely busy with large parties that evening. Unfortunately, accommodating such groups can sometimes cause delays, which is why many restaurants don’t accept parties larger than 14 on weekends. To make up for the inconvenience, I didn’t charge you for the pasta, Aperol spritz, or tiramisu—a gesture I believed you appreciated at the time. That’s why it’s disappointing to see a bad review after going out of my way to ensure you left satisfied.

     The food here is amazing! Every time I’m in the Orlando area I make sure I head here. The only problem this time is they do not accept cash anymore. That is odd to me, I like to pay cash for my dinners. So I guess this would be the last time I would be visiting Vincenzo‘s.
