                                                                      We went for a Christmas Eve dinner. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable, and the only bright spot! Everything was rushed out to the table… salads, apps, bread, pizza and pasta all arrived within minutes of each other. Then a runner said we had 9 minutes to get all of our stuff wrapped up and to pay. They said the building was closing at 9 and we had to leave. We didn’t even have time to order coffee or dessert. We should have been informed of the time restriction. We certainly wouldn’t have ordered apps, cocktails or salads. Any restaurant service ever, closes but lets you finish eating while they are cleaning and finishing up. We have been here before many times as well as the one in New York and would never eat here again… it ruined our holiday downtown. No manager even there to manage the situation… but they sure took the $$$$

                                                                      La hostess fue muy grosera , hice reservación en open table 14:30 , llegamos 14:20 y a pesar que había mesas disponibles nos hizo esperar hasta las 14:30 para asignar lugar , nos pido que nos moviéramos para no estorbar mientras esperábamos 10 min a que nos asignara la mesa que ya estaba disponible desde antes que llegáramos

                                                                      Undercooked and doughy pizza. Undercooked ravioli. We told our server the pizza was undercooked and doughy, and all she said was noted. They made no accommodations on the quality of the pizza. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the night. I was shocked to see the server merry bottles of wine together right in the open. That is not allowed in restaurants but apparently they do not care. Disappointing because the place has so much potential .

                                                                      Great food, favorite place but service extremely poor at Vino & .. - ignored despite reservation & waiter pushed one special too hard. Entrees delivered seperatly and so far apart food was finished before partners arrived and no fresh silverware for partner entree (fortunately was pizza). Waiter distracted about something & having discussion with others standing over our table taking our order. Just bad night for server I guess and we suffered. Love Eataly and food but would not book Vino & again but definitely will be back to another area.
