This restaurant didn’t care about our Open Table reservation and wouldn’t seat us when we showed up 5 minutes before our Open Table reservation. And then claimed they couldn’t accommodate us for another 45 minutes after our reservation

Great spot to eat before a night out. The ambiance was top notch with great music and an overall celebratory vibe. I ate a good steak (~4/5), had some good drinks, and left happy.

Nice ambiance and service. Manager and waiters very nice. The problem is the food. Overcooked and dry steaks. Panqueques de dulce de leche raw, cold, no sugar, very basic

There was a lot of confusion at the hostess desk when we checked in for our NYE reservation. My daughter and I provided our reservation details no less than 3 times. Each time the 2 clueless girls acted like they were going to seat us but didn’t. Even the tall man looked like he was going to finally do it but alas… we were left waiting on the sidewalk. All the guests waiting began to bicker amongst themselves. Just not the best introduction to this restaurant. FINALLY we were seated. Not at a standard table as I requested, but at a hightop that was still filled with old dishes and sopping wet. The HIGHLIGHT of our night was the bartender KENDRA. Clearly the only staff person with a brain. Give that woman a raise!

What's not totally satisfied with the food the ribeye was definitely overcooked, The corn seemed to have the same lime garlic cream sauce that was offered with the salmon. The empanadas were absolutely excellent. I didn't give it such a low grade only because it was Christmas and I know they were serving a lot of people it was easy to overlook some of these things such as the steak. Definitely not a redo for me for dinner but I would go back for the empanadas.
