   Great new restaurant choice in West Bloomfield. Dined for lunch and had very good meals, It is competitive with other choices nearby for it's dinner menu. We found the lunch menu items to be slightly pricey.

   The dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional, with each dish showcasing bold flavors and meticulous preparation. The steak tartare was perfectly seasoned, balanced by a rich yet delicate texture, while the caviar fries offered a decadent twist on a classic favorite. The carrot salad provided a refreshing contrast, its bright acidity complementing the rest of the meal. The Bronzino was flawlessly cooked, with tender, flaky flesh that melted in each bite. To top it all off, Sam, the bartender, crafted some of the best cocktails in town— especially his smoked old fashion, thoughtfully balanced and expertly mixed, making for the perfect pairing to an already outstanding meal.

   We loved it! The decor was great. Sara bunch of friends and the waiter and timing was perfect. We all loved the salmon. Excellent dishes.

   The food wasn’t something that I’d go out of my way for again. It wasn’t bad nor was it good. The caviar fries should have been crispy but they were limp like they were sitting under a heat lamp.
