One of the staff was really nice . There was another who had an awful attitude! Waited half an hour for a drink order ! 3 of partners dishes came out while I was given a side of chips partner finished all her food and mine arrived 40 min later and raw ! Really unorganised and crap food

Enjoyable experience Went at 4.30 on a Saturday so very quiet Had afternoon tea which was delicious & very filling

Nice decor and food quite good but service very poor. Staff non attentive and couldn’t get a second drink to go with our meal. No water kept on table but can’t attract attention of staff to refill. Real difficulty in waiting for and paying bill. The compulsory 12.5% service charge is a rip off.

This is absolutely not the standard we set at Voyagers, and we completely understand your frustration with the lack of attentiveness. Unfortunately, on this particular Saturday evening, we experienced some unexpected staffing issues, which impacted our usual level of service. That said, we do not accept this as an excuse, and we are actively working to ensure that service remains smooth even when we face challenges. Regarding the service charge, we want to assure you that 100% of it goes directly to our team. However, it is always discretionary, and we would never want a guest to feel obligated to pay it if they felt the service didn’t reflect it. Team Voyagers

Summary - Based on experience will not return. Food was ok but expensive for what was on the plates - £12 for 3 small prawns- £6 for egg cup of humous two small slices off a baguette as examples. Modern clean decor , lacking ambiance - more of a cafe - bar than restaurant! Mostly, servers excellent , but our main waitress slap happy putting plates on table and removing - cold in manner !

Pleasantly surprised to find a sophisticated yet unpretentious and warm restaurant in the city centre. Lovely fusion food though portions are small to share. Service was good though kitchen forgot one dish we ordered. Never mind as we were satisfied after lovely desert (Liverpool tart). Will def recommend and go back!

Fantastic meal! Every dish was absolutely delightful. Definitely a value for money . Staff very professional but not over attentive which was nice . Nice atmosphere . The gnocchi dish was our favourite! We will be back

Food and service were good. Could have done with being a bit warmer inside as my wife was cold when she took her coat off. Overall good night though.

We used the Jan 50% discount on food offer plus free drink to try it out and although service was excellent and food was good I do not feel that the full price would be anywhere near value for money. Also a service charge is included in bill and this service charge was based on the full price not our discounted price. For this reason we would not use again. Our server was excellent and we would prefer to hand her the tip rather than it go to a greedy corporation.
