   Beautiful restaurant. Some of the best small plate Tapas I've tasted, not just the usual. Service fantastic, special thanks to Curtis :) Very modern with a homely feel - 12 /10 ;)

   The food we got was ok. We didn’t get the full order as it was taking over an hour for everything to arrive. We said it to a waiter and they said they’d check on it and never came back. The service was generally awful. They gave us a 50% discount on the bill. The manager explained that they had students in the kitchen. But, they mustn’t have been supported or supervised. There were other tables that just got up and left because the order was taking too long. Really poor all round. The discount doesn’t make up for the bad experience and the wasting of of our time.

   We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. While we do sometimes have students training in our kitchen, they should always be properly supported to ensure service runs smoothly. It’s clear that wasn’t the case on this occasion, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for your food, only for part of your order to never arrive. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re addressing the issues to ensure better supervision and support for our team. While the discount was offered as a gesture of goodwill, we know it doesn’t make up for the time lost and the disappointment you felt.    Very clean and bright good staying level and service The L20 staff you had were very good hope they go on to good careers in hospitality.

   One of the staff was really nice . There was another who had an awful attitude! Waited half an hour for a drink order ! 3 of partners dishes came out while I was given a side of chips partner finished all her food and mine arrived 40 min later and raw ! Really unorganised and crap food

As a small plates concept restaurant, dishes are served as soon as they’re ready to ensure the best possible quality and experience. We always recommend sharing plates amongst the table to fully embrace this style of dining. However, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience such delays, and it’s absolutely not acceptable that your meal arrived so late—or that you felt our service was anything less than welcoming. We take staff attitude very seriously, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure every guest feels valued and looked after.    Enjoyable experience Went at 4.30 on a Saturday so very quiet Had afternoon tea which was delicious & very filling

    Nice decor and food quite good but service very poor. Staff non attentive and couldn’t get a second drink to go with our meal. No water kept on table but can’t attract attention of staff to refill. Real difficulty in waiting for and paying bill. The compulsory 12.5% service charge is a rip off.

This is absolutely not the standard we set at Voyagers, and we completely understand your frustration with the lack of attentiveness. Unfortunately, on this particular Saturday evening, we experienced some unexpected staffing issues, which impacted our usual level of service. That said, we do not accept this as an excuse, and we are actively working to ensure that service remains smooth even when we face challenges. Regarding the service charge, we want to assure you that 100% of it goes directly to our team. However, it is always discretionary, and we would never want a guest to feel obligated to pay it if they felt the service didn’t reflect it. Team Voyagers
