Italian-American fare in the heart of The Village. Crafted by Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, the menu at Vulcania Mammoth features organic, local and seasonal ingredients and is known for its Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, handcrafted salumi, and perfect pairings of wine, beer and craft cocktails. A favorite locale for family dinner, date nights, drinks al fresco or a game of bocce ball on the terrace.

    Overall great we had a great waiter. Host was hit very friendly , we had added two Childs to our party in the bungalow outside and she was giving us a hard time. As long as we are willing to squeeze I. Which we did , what difference does it make if it’s 8 or 10 people. A 5 year old and a 7 year old. Overall food was excellent except the steak. All else very good. Drinks were also very good.

    Food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. Ricky, Matthew, Zoey, Tess, and Juliet were amazing. I sat at the bar.

    Food was great perfect place in the village. We were recommended to order multiple items because the portions are smaller & meant to be shared. We got 4 items 2 apps & 2 entrees. We finished pretty much everything only got 1 box of leftovers.

    The service was excellent, and the interior and bar were beautiful. Loved the lamb ravioli (though it’s andante, so not for everyone) and the mushroom pizza, unique and flavorful. The standout was the creative Caesar salad, truly amazing. Highly recommend!

    The lighting is way too bright, so if ambiance is your thing, maybe try another spot. The servers kept leaving the outside door wide open causing a consistent draft during the whole dinner. The food was okay, a little disappointed in the Salumi pizza as it tasted like Frank’s Red Hot was in it and everything came out orange, kind of funny. The cavatelli was cooked perfectly, although it had something like a vodka sauce and then a drizzle of pesto sauce which was not a great combination. The bartenders were total brats. The server was sweet and efficient. It’s a decent spot for being in Mammoth, but I’m unsure if I will go back.

    Our entire dinner experience was exceptional. Service was very friendly and attentive, food was absolutely outstanding. The risotto with dungeness crab was so Voltaggio - inventive, unpretentious, absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend enough!!

    Carpaccio was great with the cheese sauce on the side, two pastas were very al dente, I’d request mine to be cooked longer next visit. The burratta app was the table favorite.
