    We went for Valentine’s dinner with another couple. The ladies received a beautiful long-stemmed rose - nice touch! The decor was elegant and the service was prompt and courteous. It was packed and a little loud, but we were able to converse well. We’ll go back again for sure and look forward to warmer weather to try the patio!

    Excellent service. some of our meals were not ready together and they did whatever it took to make it right. We love this place and will surely come again. This is now one of our regular go to's. Wonderful food and great enviroment.

    New to the Rockwall restaurant landscape, I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The restaurant is inviting and warm in character. The dining area offers both booths and tables but leaves enough room between to avoid feeling crowded or imposing on another dining party. A full bar with seating is also available. We were warmly welcomed by several of the staff when arriving and being sat. New to this location, it appears they have enclosed the outdoor patio area. We did not venture outside (much too cold) but it looks like a lot of great added space. I would consider Wades Landing a very family friendly place. IMO, the menu selections fit this area. Nothing too exotic, which I believe is a good decision. Too often new restaurants open with menus that don't fit the pallets of their customers. Great food; yes, but entree familiarity wins out every time if you want to become a staple in the community. Speaking of the food, we very much enjoyed out entree and appetizers. Our food came out warm and was simply delicious. Note that if you come in on a Wednesday, their wine by the bottle, is 1/2 off. If you like Pinot Noir, I suggest the Banshee label. The prices are slightly higher, but I personally feel it fairly matches the quality of this restaurant.

    Food was great and we had a good wine bottle. Overall good. Some feedback on my observation: Music was all country and did not fit ambiance. Waitress needed more experience. We sat next to kitchen entrances so I will request a different spot in the future.

    The patio dining experience is top notch. The patio is adjusted to accommodate the experience regardless of the weather. You won’t ever be disappointed.
