Poor service. We were a table of 5 adults and 1 kid. We received our plates about 30 minutes, while my mom waited 40 minutes for hers and her juice. My son who is 2, never received his meal after waiting 45 minutes so we got food elsewhere. It wasn’t until we told our server to forget it and to give us our check, that she said the fryer broke. She dismissed us the whole night and we saw the manager walking about and she never stopped by our table. Really frustrating considering the food that we did receive, did taste good. But we didn’t receive 3 dishes out of the 7 we ordered.

Food was incredibly mediocre. Boba drink was disgustig, japanese latte came from a bottled drink that they didn't even bother to pour for us. Ramen broth wasn't broth at all, just soup. Quite disappointing.

Food is always great! Servers were awesome in terms of kindness and friendliness, but not great about conventional order of bringing things out. We had food before drinks and drinks before water!

The food was excellent. The pictures of the dining room are of the upstairs. No one was being seated there. They say us in the back of the downstairs overlooking the open kitchen, which was nothing to see. I would recommend with the caveat of upstair seating or at the very least, the front of the restaurant by the bar which was also pretty, but the upstairs is gorgeous

Service needs a lot of work. All of the food came out at separate times and was pretty bland. One of our entrees was just forgotten about and came about 15 minutes after all of the other meals were served. It took about 20 minutes for the group of eight of us to all get our meals.
