We made a reservation online but when we arrived there was no allocated seating or reserved table for us. We were not greeted by any host and it was more like a cafe to just sit where you can find a table. Why have a reservation system then?
We ordered our meal at the table on the QR app and waited (and waited and waited). We noticed many tables left unattended with piled up rubbish on them and the place was generally unclean.
After 30mins we had to ask staff where our order was. They checked and our burgers came out another 10mins later and were barely warm at best. Our drinks (just 2 sodas and milkshake) came out at the end of our meal. Thats 40mins to pour a soda!
The staff were apologetic and polite enough, and even though the food was cold, the taste was pretty good, but not enough to make up for the poor experience.
Overall they were short staffed, the place was messy, they had some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced and the whole meal was overpriced.
Will not recommend. Very poor experience and just a bit of hype on the name. Sorry Marky Mark… you bombed out on this one.
