We had a table overlooking Lake Louise at sunset which was fabulous and the general ambiance is spectacular. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the fondu, trout, tenderloin and baked Alaska with wine pairings. The wine pairing was wonderful, the flavors were fantastic however there wasn’t enough cheese in the fondue for even 1/2 of the appetizers dipping, my tenderloin was actually cold and the baked Alaska was so frozen we couldn’t eat it for 10-15 minutes. Not what I would expect from a 5 star.

What a lovely time at the Château’s famous wine bar. Our server Zdenek went out of his way to make sure our night was special and we greatly appreciate it! We most certainly enjoyed the lobster add onto the fondue. Also, the sommelier recommendation for the wine was phenomenal. All in all an amazing experience.
