    We had a table overlooking Lake Louise at sunset which was fabulous and the general ambiance is spectacular. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the fondu, trout, tenderloin and baked Alaska with wine pairings. The wine pairing was wonderful, the flavors were fantastic however there wasn’t enough cheese in the fondue for even 1/2 of the appetizers dipping, my tenderloin was actually cold and the baked Alaska was so frozen we couldn’t eat it for 10-15 minutes. Not what I would expect from a 5 star.

    What a lovely time at the Château’s famous wine bar. Our server Zdenek went out of his way to make sure our night was special and we greatly appreciate it! We most certainly enjoyed the lobster add onto the fondue. Also, the sommelier recommendation for the wine was phenomenal. All in all an amazing experience.

    À notre arrivée l’acceuil était bien chaleureuse. Toutefois, nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant notre premier plat et on nous a servi du pain en attendant. L’entrée était le plat de raclette qui n’avait rien d’extraordinaire: des patates dans le fromage et un peu de viande. Puisque nous avons mentionné que le service était long, il semble qu’on s’est dépêché à nous servir les plats principaux. Le résultat était que les patates n’était pas cuites ni la truite. Nous avons commandé le schnitzel et la truite, plat bien simple pour une somme exorbitante. La qualité des plats était de gamme moyenne et ne représentaient pas bien l’endroit, qui est magnifique. L’ambiance est tout de même très chaleureuse. À notre départ, nous avons dû récupérer nos manteaux nous même dans le placard. Personne ne s’est occupé de nous. Aussi, le stationnement a coûté 40$ pour à peine 3 heures de souper. Finalement pour 300$, c’était beaucoup trop cher payé.

    One of the best fine dining experiences we've ever had! The view of Lake Louise, the service, and the quality of the food was exceptional!

    Excellent fondue dinner 3 course set menu. Asher has also provided excellent service as well. Definitely recommend.

    Great evening out with friends. Nick was our server and he catered to our needs as well as jump into our jokes/sense of humor. Great dinner.
