At WARAKU, we strive to offer a dining experience that fully satisfies by combining traditional Japanese cuisine with innovative approaches. Our pride lies in the Omakase sashimi platter, featuring seasonal fresh fish sourced directly from the Osaka Central Wholesale Market.

Party of 1 or 2 may go to a bar counter seat when a busy hour.

The ambiance of the place was really relaxing and nice. The severs were quick to sit everyone down and get everyone’s orders out in a reasonable nice manner. The food was really good and the portions were reasonable for the price, would come again!

Mostly locals are there. Good menu selection, but can be pricey for an izakaya. Every item we got was delicious, especially the kanpachi from Osaka's fish market. Highly recommend you give it a try, with Torrance being the place to be for good Japanese food in LA.

About as authentic as you can get in terms of outstanding Japanese cuisine. Rice quality/prep/cooking execution and use of short grain Koshikari rice from Japan is clearly evident. House made rich beef curry with katsu add on is damn delicious!! Raw fish bowls just as good as in Tsukiji. Ice cold Asahi Super Dry on tap pairs well with their numerous deep fried dishes. Life is good after dining at Waraku!!

Awesome curry, very accommodating staff, fish quality was great. For the food, it was relatively fairly priced for the area. Everything looked and tasted great.
