Wasabi Bistro Hawaii is one of the Honolulu’s casual dining, with an atmosphere of relaxing out-house theme. The restaurant was founded in 1992 as one of the Japanese restaurants in Oahu as a hidden spot, for family and friends to gather, and it has been treasured for many years.

Wasabi Bistro Global is a modern take on intricate, traditional Japanese food enjoyed in a quiet elegance of an intimate bistro setting. Subtly decorated with exquisite Japanese art and artifacts, the dining areas have been designed to offer guests the utmost privacy. I sat at the bar which was awesome, overlooking to the two chefs doing what they do. A large group of Americans sat to left and were a bit distracting. The service was great, staff were friendly and the sashimi…wow. Some just flown in from Japan. Melt-in-your-mouth incredibleness.

Great little family run place at the retro 1960's Madmen style Breakers Hotel on Beachwalk in Waikiki. Cozy place serving excellent sushi, sashimi, and washoku Japanese dishes. Excellent attentive service and low key atmosphere have made this a "fly under the radar" local favorite. Recommend highly!

Excellent food and impeccable service! We had a wonderful time at Wasabi Bistro. Loved the ambiance and the food was delicious. Staff was stellar and so kind and patient with us, as we have a one year old who is a bit feisty at this age. We loved our entire experience and look forward to returning again for our anniversary.

Delicious food. Great selection of raw and cooked. Unusual daily specials. Our server, Thomas was polite and professional. We had the daily special of yellowfin cheeks! We have eaten there 5 or 6 times.

Cute place. We had the yellowtail carpaccio, crispy rice & spicy tuna, blue fin toro cut roll and yellowtail cut roll. All was incredibly delicious! Service was calm, polite and informative. definitely recommend this place!
