Located in Lower Downtown (LoDo) just blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field and Union Station, Water Grill Denver is an iconic seafood destination to enjoy the first catch of the season and a deep variety of fish, lobsters, crabs, oysters and shellfish. New product arrives multiple times each week from our exclusive seafood distribution company and our menus change daily. Consistently rated as one of Denver’s top seafood restaurants, starting December 2024, Water Grill Denver also offers multiple, customizable private dining rooms for parties of 10 to 110 for your next business meeting and special event.

If you are driving down Blake St., valet is available between 17th & 16th halfway down the block on the left side. Look for the entrance of the Market Station Parking Garage. You will see the illuminated signage with a large red arrow and a 'P' for parking. Valet crew will direct you to the restaurant's entrance.

Lindy our server was excellent! Professional and friendly and very helpful with my partners food restrictions. Food was delicious and my steak was prepared to a perfect medium rare. We will return!

Amy was an awesome. Food was brought out in a timely and orderly fashion. Stone crab was amazing. Was a great overall experience.

Valentines menu with good options. Food was just ok, entree (lobster and filet) was bland. Service a little slow. $430 before tip deserves better. Too many better options out there, and we were just underwhelmed.

Went for a Valentines lunch (a first) and great time. Good food, decorated nicely for the holiday and no crowds. Definitely will return!

I love the vibe at water grill. The raw bar was pretty nice to see while walking into the restaurant. The seafood was pretty good and that says alot coming from Florida.
