    My family eats here a lot, and my dad hosts a lot of business meetings here. I met my dad for lunch and our server was pretty curt, not at all polite with us, and not very available. We ordered 3 courses, and wine, (several appetizers, main courses, and dessert spending a lot of money. She assumed I was my father’s date and not his daughter, which was inappropriate and not her place to pass judgment openly , while she was very nice to the table next to us who ordered appetizers as main courses only, she was pretty rude to us: never checked in, she made rude comments about me ordering several sushi items as my main courses (which was due to a dietary restriction for medical reasons) even tho that was more expensive than ordering a single entree, and rushed us (main courses being served while we were still working on appetizers that not been cleared. They didn’t appear to have much serving staff for the large space, so I don’t blame her for not checking in, but at a restaurant like this, service was not up to par, or on brand with the service usually provided here. If she were to be the server I received again, I’d ask for someone else, because it took away from the dining experience.

    Thank You Water Grill for never disappointing. Food was fantastic tonight! Service was amazing, thank you Emily! For making our night so special! From the oysters, roll, scallops, to the steak omg! Thank you, see you all again!

    We’ve never been disappointed here! Every dish was delicious! Our server, Katy, was outstanding! So knowledgeable & took the time to explain & answer all questions! Her suggestions were delicious! Thanks to Katy for our best WaterGrill experience!
