Food was good, but very small portions… Had to eat again after.

Wow. Food was terrific. We had broiled oysters, crab cocktail and whole, grilled branzino. All perfect. Dessert was fine, but not at the same level as the seafood. Really good service and decent price. We’d definitely go again

Great time at Waterbar. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Ambiance was fun and lovely. Food was good though kitchen didn’t seem to time it perfectly. Also some dishes were surprisingly spicy. Still good and will go back.

Great quality and wonderful service that was just right in level of attentiveness. I would recommend this restaurant for a celebration or work dinner.

One of San Francisco's most interesting and beautiful restaurants serving delicious seafood. We found some deals on the wine list and all of our cocktails were flawlessly executed. Our server really made our night! We'll be back.

Waterbar continues to be one of our favorites when we go into the city for a special occasion. It’s stylish without being pretentious, lively, and most importantly, delicious. We had the beet salad, the Dungeness crab tart, branzino, and black cod. All were excellent. The cod was melt in your mouth tender, and simply prepared, so the freshness could shine through. The warm brown butter chocolate chip cookie to finish was just right.
